Waltham Forest Town Hall Campus

Creating inclusive places that are design-led, commercially-sound, and fit for the future.

The regeneration of Waltham Forest Town Hall has transformed the historic Grade II listed building and its surrounding campus into a vibrant civic and cultural hub. The project restored the Town Hall’s elegant 1930s architecture while reimagining its interiors with open-plan, flexible spaces that foster collaboration and community events. Outside, the creation of Fellowship Square-with its interactive water feature and new green spaces-has opened the site to residents and visitors, making it a welcoming venue for festivals, markets, and public gatherings. This ambitious redevelopment not only enhances council services by consolidating staff into modern workspaces but also delivers hundreds of new homes and community amenities, ensuring the Town Hall remains at the heart of Waltham Forest’s civic life for generations to come

Delivering exceptional communications, branding, and stakeholder engagement for the Pydar development in Cornwall.

I shaped a clear, compelling narrative for this transformative project at the heart of Truro. My work has focused on highlighting Pydar’s vision as a vibrant, inclusive neighbourhood-emphasizing its delivery of over 300 new homes (with 35% affordable), student accommodation, creative industry spaces, and extensive green public areas. Through milestone-based stakeholder engagement, targeted digital and print communications, and bespoke branding, I’ve helped position Pydar as a catalyst for economic growth and community wellbeing, while stakeholder engagement has ensured that local voices-from residents and businesses to Truro City Council and Cornwall Council-are central to the development’s progress. This collaborative approach has built strong public support (including over 90% local support), fostered transparency, and established Pydar as a future-focused, sustainable destination for Cornwall

STAKEHOLDER ENGAGEMENT, COMMS & BRANDING

Affordable workspace and coworking space. Local people. inclusive economy. Social value. impact. affordable workspace.

Embedding social value and impact measurement in regeneration schemes ensures greater economic inclusivity and growth.

Embedding social value and impact measurement in regeneration schemes are crucial for ensuring that economic growth is both inclusive and sustainable, particularly when it comes to supporting local entrepreneurs, start-ups, and growing businesses. By combining rigorous analysis with creative placemaking in north London, West-super-Mare, and Hatfield, I have helped create adaptable and accessible workspaces that strengthen economic resilience in local communities. Notably, I drafted the Islington Affordable Workspace Strategy 2025, which sets out a pioneering model for securing genuinely affordable, high-quality workspaces through planning agreements and social value commitments. This approach, now adopted by Islington Council, ensures that affordable workspaces are provided are linked to clear social value outputs, such as business mentoring, apprenticeships, and employability programmes for underrepresented groups. By embedding these principles, regeneration schemes not only protect small businesses from displacement due to rising rents but also foster inclusive local economies where opportunities for growth and prosperity are accessible to all

SOCIAL VALUE AND IMPACT

Creating, building, and managing unique restaurants and hospitality sites that leave unforgettable impressions.

I successfully opened and operated my own restaurant in downtown Toronto, where it quickly gained a loyal following and strong reputation for quality and service. Building on this success, I have advised and supported other hospitality and food and beverage operations, specializing in boutique hotels and restaurants. My expertise spans operational strategy, branding, and guest experience enhancement, helping these venues thrive in competitive markets by combining creative vision with practical business insights.
